Sorry I missed the request for ideas. I would add that I save a lot if I make a grocery list before I go shopping and pretty much stick to it, except I always make a pass through the meat aisle to see what's on sale. With the list, I don't tend as much to pick up things like that unusual, ethnic-cuisine frozen dinner that's been sitting in my freezer for six months waiting for me to get the nerve to eat it!
